Users can contact the EOHelp Team through the ESA TellUs Customer Service portal.

TellUs allows you to submit, access and monitor your requests, anomalies and complaints.

To access the system, you need to register with the ESA Earth Observation centralised Single Sign-On (EO Sign In).

To create a new EO Sign In account, click on the "Login" button in the top-right, then on the next page click "Create Account".
